ride your bike. every day.
I’m a 365 days a year bike rider and commuter. People tend to gasp when I tell them this, others crinkle their nose at me when I arrive at work in August drenched in sweat, and some look bewildered they see me unthawing my hands and toes at my desk during the cold months of winter. I’ve never really found a reason why I shouldn’t bike year round. I love the sense of quietness...
