girls, guns, and bikes
My bike and I had to take the metro this morning, and this exchange epitomizes one of the only reasons why I miss patronizing the WMATA:
Random dude on metro #1: You know, in Virginia there are some gals who are riding their bikes and they’ve armed themselves.
Me: Armed themselves with guns?
Random dude on metro #1: That’s right. These gals are riding around and shooting anyone who messes with them.
Random dude on metro #2: Isn’t it hard to shoot and ride at the same time?
Random dude on metro #1: Oh no. It’s easy, just like takin out the trash.
